Payment
1) We accept credit cards through Paypal. (Please request for the price of the product choice before you can make online payment)
2) Cash Payment at our studio outlet, appointment is needed.
3) Internet banking transfer. Flowerville, UOB Current Bank a/c no. 378-300-894-5.
4) For custom made payment, a hyperlink payment cart will be sent to you via email.
5) For other payment procedure please call 6 858 2500 for detail.
Delivery
1) All online purchases are inclusive of delivery services.
2) Some item comes with large gift boxes.
3) Delivery charge from $10 onwards will be impose when item purchase are below $50.00.
4) There will be additional fee after 7pm, ranging from $10 to $20 depend on area.
5) There will be additional fee of $5 for ERP area.
6) Mid night charge (11pm onwards), an additional of $50 per trip.
Charges for Restricted Areas
There will be an additional charge of S$20 for the following restricted areas. This additional charge is imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
· Airport Cargo complex
· All Army camps
· Jurong Island
· All PSA port
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $7 will be applicable.
Cancellation charge of 50% the amount ordered will be imposed if delivery had been arranged.
In any case that Flowerville had fail to sent your orders beside Holidays and off days, we will made a full refund of the amount you have paid for your purchase.
